ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Student Enquiry Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective and current students, providing exceptional customer service and enrolment support across multiple channels including phone, email, webchat and face-to-face interactions.

You'll play a key role in helping students navigate their education journey while ensuring every interaction reflects Chisholm's commitment to service excellence
Key responsibilities include:
Respond to student and customer enquiries across phone, email, webchat and in-person channels
Provide accurate information about courses, enrolments and student services
Support students through the enrolment process and complete enrolment administration tasks
Assist students from diverse backgrounds with professionalism and empathy




Maintain accurate student records and CRM data
ABOUT YOU
You are a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience required for the role:
Relevant post-secondary qualification or equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated customer service and administration experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills and confidence using data management systems
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to proactively solve problems and manage customer enquiries
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
