Continental Kosher Butchers Pty Ltd in Moorabbin, Victoria, is seeking a full time butcher to prepare meat for sale, trim, cut, mince and display products, and advise customers on cuts.
You will operate meat processing equipment, marinate and cure special cuts, and assist in planning menus and estimating production costs. 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; AQF Certificate III or IV recommended.
