An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced
Senior Property Manager / Team Leader
to join a reputable and growing real estate business in Sydney's Lower North Shore, conveniently located in the Chatswood area.
This is a predominantly office-based role offering excellent administrative and out-of-office support, allowing you to focus on managing your own small portfolio while providing leadership and guidance to the wider Property Management team.
The Role
Manage your own small residential property portfolio
Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, maintenance and arrears
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Property Managers
Assist with escalated matters and complex tenancy issues
Support team performance, processes and department operations




Work closely with senior management to maintain high service standards
About You
Proven experience in residential Property Management
Previous senior or team leadership experience highly regarded
Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confidence mentoring staff and resolving complex matters
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
