Uniting AgeWell in West Melbourne is seeking a permanent part time Enrolled Nurse to support our Home Care program, delivering in-home assessments and care planning across Braybrook, Belmont, Bundoora and surrounds.
You will work with the Community RN and allied health colleagues, visit clients at home, and balance office and field visits.
The role offers a values-based workplace with above-award terms and opportunities for education within a supportive team.
