Tallboy & Moose, a craft brewpub in Preston, Victoria, seeks a Lead Brewer for a part time role (30.4 hours/week).
The successful candidate will steer the brewhouse, drive recipe development, and ensure quality across production and packaging.
You'll collaborate with the team to deliver seasonal releases and maintain a clean, compliant operation.
Ideal candidates bring proven commercial brewing experience, autonomy, and a passion for craft beer.
