We are seeking a driven and customer-focused
Sales Representative, Grinders Coffee
to join our Coffee team.
You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers across your territory, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening customer partnerships, and delivering sustainable sales growth.
This is a
12 month fixed term contract
opportunity.
As a field-based role, regular travel throughout your territory
Metro Perth
is required.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted partner to support long-term business growth
Identify opportunities to grow sales, increase customer value, and maximise territory performance
Deliver customer call plans and maintain regular engagement with key customers
Present growth initiatives, conduct business reviews, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes
Promote and sell the Grinders Coffee portfolio, equipment, and merchandising solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer needs and generate new business opportunities
Manage customer information, sales activity, and opportunity pipelines using relevant systems and tools
Ensure high standards of safety, compliance,



and professionalism across all customer interactions
About You
You are a commercially minded and relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys working autonomously while building strong partnerships with customers.
In addition, you will have:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to influence, negotiate, and identify growth opportunities
Excellent time management and territory planning capabilities
A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service
Confidence using technology and sales systems to manage customer activity
The ability to work independently and make sound commercial decisions
A current driver's licence
Experience in field sales, account management, hospitality, FMCG, or a related industry will be highly regarded
