You will coordinate SAH and CHSP programs, build solid relationships with customers and families, and ensure care is delivered with respect.
You'll lead Community Support Workers, monitor client health, and drive trauma-aware, healing-informed care while complying with the Aged Care Act **** and Juniper policies.
