OVERVIEW SET Education Pty Ltd is seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Recruitment Counsellor to support prospective students interested in study abroad opportunities in Australia.
Based in Sydney, this role focuses on providing accurate guidance about australian education pathways, supporting the application process, and assisting students throughout enrollment.
The position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of australian institutions, and the ability to work professionally with students and families.
Key responsibilities
Provide professional guidance to prospective students and their families on studying in Australia
Deliver accurate and up-to-date information on australian institutions, programs, and admission pathways
Advise students on suitable academic pathways based on their goals and profile
Coordinate with internal departments and partner institutions to ensure timely and accurate preparation of application and visa documents
Follow up with students throughout the enrollment journey, from initial consultation to departure
Assist in organizing promotional events, workshops, and branding activities as required
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in Business, Marketing,



or Education
Ability to communicate in Vietnamese is required
Demonstrated knowledge of the australian education system, including institutions, programs, and visa procedures
Prior experience in study abroad counseling is an advantage
Robust research capabilities with the ability to gather and interpret relevant information
Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
