They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major projects valued up to $50M.

THE ROLE




Lead the end-to-end delivery of major construction projects up to $50M.
Take ownership of project planning, programming, cost control and delivery.
Manage project teams, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Drive project performance against program, budget, quality and safety targets.
Manage procurement, commercial outcomes, variations and contractual obligations.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks, issues and opportunities.
Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers, Contract Administrators and site teams.
Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
Work closely with senior leadership to drive successful project outcomes.
YOU
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction.
Strong track record delivering projects valued at $5 - $50M+.
Experience managing projects from commencement through to completion.
Strong commercial, contractual and project management capability.
Confident leading project teams and managing senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming and cost management.
Highly organised with the ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
