Job Description
Lead a high-performing billing team, ensuring critical processes are completed accurately and on time.
Drive process improvement initiatives, systems enhancements and operational best practice across the function.
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery, streamline workflows and support business objectives.
Oversee billing, receipting, reconciliations and revenue-related activities within a complex operational environment.
Mentor and develop team members while fostering a positive, collaborative and customer-focused culture.




Support business change initiatives, including process transformation and system improvement projects.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams
Solid stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Experience identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
The ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume operational environment
Strong systems capability and confidence working with complex platforms
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
