Flavorite is seeking a Packing Leading Hand to support and lead packing operations at our Tatura site in Victoria.
This permanent, full-time role runs four days per week from Wednesday to Saturday, offering hands-on leadership and on-site training for recent team members.
You will supervise packing tasks, ensure safety and efficiency, monitor machinery, perform quality checks, and work closely with the Production Supervisor to keep daily operations running smoothly.
