Endeavour Group is seeking a Merchandise Training Partner based in Melbourne or Sydney, in a hybrid role. You will design, coordinate, and deliver strategic training for internal teams and external suppliers, acting as the operational lead across data platforms and core systems.
You will manage onboarding, run UAT readiness, maintain documentation, and measure training effectiveness, partnering with L&D;, Category Teams and suppliers to drive capability and change.
