Untitled Group is looking for a Tour Operations Coordinator to join our Touring team on a permanent basis. You'll work closely with our Tour Operations Managers and Promoters across every operational layer of a tour, budgeting, ticket onsales, artist contracting, venue booking and the small logistical threads that have to come together for a tour to actually work. You'll be the person artists, crew, agents and venues rely on to keep things moving, compliant and on time.
We're after someone with 2+ years of hands-on tour or event operations experience in music or entertainment, who's as comfortable in a spreadsheet building a tour budget as they are on a phone chasing a venue contact the day before a show.

HERE'S WHERE YOU'LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME
Assisting with routing, budgets and offer notes for tours
Tracking tour budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
Coordinating logistics with promoters, venues and production teams
Drafting, reviewing and managing contracts, permits, licences and insurance
Supporting international tour prep, including visas, travel documents and insurance
Researching and securing venues, maintaining our contact and deals database




Planning and coordinating artist itineraries, travel, accommodation and technical requirements
Working with artists, management, agents and production teams to nail down show needs
Distributing itineraries and managing schedules for artists and tour teams
Providing operational support during shows and festivals, including on-site logistics and accreditation
Maintaining accurate file management and documentation systems
Creating artist performance and audience reports
Monitoring releases, campaigns and key sales initiatives
Building and maintaining relationships with artists, agents, promoters and venues
Supporting strategies to maximise ticket sales and revenue growth
Spotting trends and opportunities in live entertainment
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years' experience in tour operations, tour or event coordination, or similar in music or entertainment
Solid knowledge of the Australian music landscape; international exposure is a plus
Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite skills, plus experience with project management platforms like Asana or Monday.com
Experience with Adobe Acrobat/PDF tools; contract management system experience a plus
Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and genuine interest in process and efficiency
Experience managing budgets, contracts and permits to keep tours delivered on time, within scope and compliant
