About the role
ou are the person who sees a massive multi win and is already picking the font. Big numbers, bold colours, a layout that stops the scroll. We want that instinct on our team.
You will design the visuals our community sees every day: promotional graphics, match-day assets, odds boards, winner showcases and campaign creative.
You will sit in the Marketing team in Melbourne and work closely with Community, Product and Design. Bring your own ideas. If you want to test a new style or jump on a trend before anyone else, we will back you.
What you will do
Campaign and promotional design
Design graphics for brand ambassadors, product launches, sports events, tournaments and giveaways
Design campaign creative for organic social, sized for X, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube and Discord




Create winner showcases that celebrate big wins and multipliers, within brand and compliance guidelines
Sports and live content
Build match-day assets for football, cricket, basketball, esports and other major fixtures
Produce odds boards and boosted-price graphics that are accurate, clear and easy to read on a phone screen
Brand and templates
Build and maintain templates so the team can publish quickly without breaking the brand
Keep a consistent look across every format, language and market we post in
What you bring
At least two years of experience designing graphics for social media, ideally for a brand that posts daily
A solid portfolio of organic social media creative
A social-first mindset: you design for the feed, the story and the small screen before anything else
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma, or similar design software
A sharp eye for typography, layout and colour, and the discipline to follow brand guidelines
Comfort working at pace in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
Full Australian working rights (permanent resident or citizen); this role does not offer sponsorship
What would set you apart
Experience in iGaming, sports betting or online casino
Familiarity with crypto and Web3 brands and the communities around them
Motion design skills to bring static creative to life
