Experienced Construction Foreman (High-End Builds)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team on a busy work site located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. This is an excellent prospect for a dedicated worker with a strong background in high-end residential.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, specifically in high-end builds, with experience in high end builds from $5mil to $15mil.
Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
Strong experience across all stages of construction
Relevant trade qualifications and certifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and coordinate trades
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard




Manage materials, schedules, and subcontractors, trades and site labourers.
Work closely with Project Manager and Construction Manager
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, in accordance with architectural plans, specifications and project requirements.
Monitor construction progress and assist in maintaining project programmes and deadlines.
Liaise closely with the Project Manager, and Construction Manager
Seeking a Subcontractor or with PTY Ltd. Impressive hourly rate
Ongoing work on premium, high-end projects
