About The Role
As a Casual Enrolled Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents while working alongside Registered Nurses and the wider care team. This role offers flexibility across a variety of shifts, making it ideal for nurses seeking work-life balance or additional hours.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, compassionate, and resident-centred care.
Assist with clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation.
Monitor and report changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
Administer medications within your scope of practice.
Support residents in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
Work collaboratively with nurses, care staff, and allied health professionals.
Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

About You
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
Minimum 1.5 years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse
Previous aged care experience highly regarded
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
A genuine commitment to resident-centred care
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends when required
Current National Police Check
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
