With educators who have been part of the team for between 3 and 16 years, you'll benefit from a robust sense of stability, connection and support.
Our Centre – Our 40-place centre features three classrooms across Nursery, Toddler and Kindergarten, along with a beautiful outdoor yard. Our comfortable staff room includes a coffee machine, microwave and toastie press. We also provide one-hour lunch breaks, giving you time to properly relax and recharge during your day.
Experienced Leadership – Be supported by a passionate leadership team with extensive early childhood experience. Our Centre Director has 22 years' experience in childcare, including more than 4 years in management. Our Assistant Director and Educational Leader are both qualified Early Childhood Teachers and have each been with Goodstart for more than 10 years.

Our team represents cultures from China, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Greece, Malta and more, with languages including Turkish, Hindi, Greek, Mandarin and others spoken within our community. You'll need:
Certificate III in Early Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current VICTORIA Working with Children Check
Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
