Support customer outcomes.O'Brien Glass is looking for an experienced Scheduler / Planner to join our Metro team at our Wetherill Park branch.
If you thrive in a quick‐paced operational environment and enjoy coordinating people, schedules and resources, this role puts you at the centre of our glazing operations.
**What You'll Do*** Manage daily and future schedules for glaziers and contractors* Coordinate site access, equipment and labour to keep jobs moving* Act as the escalation point for complex scheduling challenges* Optimise capacity utilisation and minimise time to serve* Support workload forecasting and resource planning* Communicate clearly with customers,



project managers and internal teams **About You****You're organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
