We're looking for experienced
Cable Jointers
to join our Distribution team based in
Brooklyn
and/or
Burnley
. This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in electrical construction and maintenance projects, working in the field to deliver high-quality outcomes safely and on time.
You'll play a key role in supporting project delivery, maintaining strong safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical construction and maintenance works in line with project requirements
Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition
Provide updates on project progress, quality, and work practices
Actively contribute to health, safety, setting and quality (HSEQ) standards




Participate in training and apply company quality procedures in day-to-day work
Support continuous improvement in construction methods and practices
Skills/Experience
Certificate III in ESI Cable Jointing
Strong hands-on experience in cable jointing to industry standards
Solid understanding of regulatory and industry requirements
A proactive approach to safety, teamwork, and problem-solving
Pre-Employment Requirements
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test.
Current Drivers Licence
Position covered by our Employment Agreement
