About the Role
We're looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic
Banking Consultant
to join our Retail Banking team.
In this role, you'll help customers with their everyday banking needs, provide tailored financial solutions, and support them in using ANZ's digital banking services.
You'll play an important role in creating seamless customer experiences while building strong relationships and customer advocacy.

What will your day look like?




Deliver exceptional customer service and support across a range of banking transactions.Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs and goals.Promote and educate customers on ANZ's digital banking solutions.Help customers access products and services aligned to their needs and accreditation level.Work collaboratively with your team to enhance customer experiences and branch performance.Maintain robust compliance and risk management practices.
