Barto Gold Mining is an Australian Gold explorer, developer, and producer who has been operating since **** and is focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia.
The Southern Cross Gold Operations (SXO) is a producing gold asset situated in Western Australia, located 375km east of Perth, 235km west of Kalgoorlie and 32km south of the town of Southern Cross.
The Southern Cross operation consists of a 1.8Mtpa processing plant, two active Underground mines, one active Open Pit with the annual production of 80k oz.
The 5-year plan has a production target of over 500,000 ounces.
This is an exciting time to join the company as we pave the way for future growth.
This will be a permanent role on 2-week-on, 2-week-off roster, BIBO from Perth or DIDO option available.

Service Crew
members to join our operations team.
About the role
As a Service Crew member, you will support underground mining operations by carrying out essential services to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.
This is a hands-on role suited to reliable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working as part of a close-knit crew.
Key Responsibilities
Ground support assistance and general underground labouring




Clean-up and housekeeping of work areas
Operating light equipment and tools
Demonstrate safe work practices, complying with site safety requirements at all times.
About You
Previous underground service crew or mining experience preferred
Strong safety mindset and ability to follow instructions
Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment
Current manual driver's licence
Must have Underground mining experience
