The Role
As a Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day success of the firm by:
Managing and reviewing client work across business services and tax
Providing tax planning, advisory and business improvement solutions
Building and maintaining trusted relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
Managing workflow and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients
Mentoring, coaching and developing team members
Working closely with Partners on client matters, strategic initiatives and practice growth
Identifying opportunities to add value and deepen client relationships
Helping foster a positive, team-oriented, high-performance team culture

About You
6+ years' experience within a Chartered Accounting practice
CA qualified or near completion
Strong technical expertise across business services and taxation
Experience reviewing the work of junior team members and providing mentoring support
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A client-focused approach and passion for delivering exceptional service
Experience using platforms such as MYOB AE, APS, Xero, QuickBooks and related accounting software
A desire to continue developing as a leader and contribute to the growth of a successful office
Ambition to pursue future senior leadership or Partnership opportunities within the profession
