Smart Energy Group is seeking an inbound sales leader to build and manage a phone-based sales team that converts Google/Meta leads into home electrification sales.
You will recruit, onboard, train and coach the team; create scripts and processes; and drive performance across lead-to-sale conversion, CAC and revenue per lead.
You'll partner with marketing and operations to optimize campaigns, ensure high-quality customer interactions and a smooth handover to delivery.
Byron Bay or Gold Coast base.
