THE POSITION
Lead and manage the day-to-day catering and hospitality operation across boarding, retail and functions
Drive exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and the client
Manage financial performance, budgets, stock control and commercial outcomes
Coordinate and deliver a diverse range of school and client functions and events
Lead, coach and develop a well-established team within a busy 7-day operation
Maintain high standards of food safety, presentation and operational excellence
THE PERSON
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager,



Unit Manager or similar hospitality leadership role
Background in education, accommodation, contract catering or a comparable hospitality environment
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
Flexible, hands-on approach with a positive and engaging leadership style
Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences and memorable functions
