The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a tidy residential portfolio, with ongoing support from an experienced team and leadership that is invested in your success.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of approximately 120 residential properties
Conducting routine inspections and lease renewals
Coordinating repairs and maintenance




Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Managing rental arrears and tenancy matters
Delivering exceptional customer service
About You
Previous experience in Property Management or a Property Management support role
Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong communication and organisational skills
Qualified presentation and a positive attitude
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
