Ozcare is seeking an Allied Health Assistant to join the Rockhampton Aged Care at Home team on a permanent part time basis.
You will work closely with Allied Health Professionals to implement therapy programs and support clients in their homes and communities.
You will assist with assessments, progress reporting, documentation and coordination with other care providers while upholding privacy and safety standards.
