We're now welcoming applications for **Marketing & Communications Specialist** to join our supportive, purpose‐driven team in **Melbourne** on **Full time, permanent** basis.
You will work across the business to bring our stories,



initiatives and brand to life through engaging campaigns, content, events and communications.
**What You'll Be Doing*** Develop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with business priorities.
* Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to create clear, compelling communications.
* Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, content and events.
* Manage marketing materials from concept through to delivery, ensuring brand consistency.
* Plan and deliver internal and external events, conferences and stakeholder initiatives.
* Track campaign performance and use data to improve future activity.
* Identify opportunities to strengthen EML's reputation, brand awareness and industry presence.
**What We're Looking For**It's ok if you haven't done this before, what matters most is your commitment to helping others that can make you a great fit for the role.
Do you have...* Minimum three years' experience in a marketing and communications specialist role within a complex or regulated organisation.
* Demonstrated experience developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns from end to end.
* Exceptional writing and editing skills across digital, social, email, web, video and executive communications.




* Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing a broad range of stakeholders.
* Hands-on experience using content management systems, SharePoint, Canva and email marketing platforms.
* Strong understanding of brand governance, campaign reporting and audience engagement.
* Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
* A relevant qualification in communications, marketing, journalism or public relations is desirable.
