This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) is based at Macquarie University, NSW, with occasional work-from-home or retail store opportunities but mainly on campus.
You will support overseas students with health insurance, delivering quality service and end-to-end solutions while aiming to grow sales and enhance the member experience.
A team-oriented, customer-first mindset is essential.
