#### Ceiling & Partition SupervisorBowen Hills, QLD ****Full Time#### Job descriptionBowen Hills, Brisbane | Landmark Multi-Residential Development | Immediate Start Your current company Hays Construction are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded interiors contractor to recruit an experienced Ceiling & Partitions Supervisor for a major multi-residential project in Brisbane's inner north.This is an opportunity to take ownership of the internal framing, plasterboard, ceilings and partitions packages across high-rise residential towers currently under construction in Bowen Hills.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be the lead site representative for the contractor, driving programme, quality and safety outcomes throughout the fit-out and structure interface stages.Your new role As the Ceiling & Partitions Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Supervising day-to-day site activities across ceilings, framing and plasterboard tradesCoordinating subcontract labour, materials and deliveriesManaging programme requirements to meet key construction milestonesConducting quality inspections and ensuring works are completed to specificationMonitoring site safety and maintaining compliance with project requirementsLiaising with the builder's site team, consultants and other tradesIdentifying and resolving construction issues before they impact the programmeMaintaining site records, progress reporting and workforce managementWhat you'll need to succeed To be successful,
