Merus is seeking an Associate Asset Manager to support Directors of Asset Management with portfolio and asset management, reporting, and performance monitoring across our real estate assets.
The role involves coordinating with property managers, drafting agreements, preparing budgets and monthly reports, and conducting site visits to review asset condition.
1–2 years in real estate finance is preferred, with a business degree and robust Excel skills.
