You will work closely with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to assess needs and develop personalised, person-centered care plans that promote wellbeing.
This full time role offers a base salary within the government pay scale ($86,529 – $106,229) plus benefits, with opportunities to grow clinical leadership and contribute to high-quality aged care.
