Ozcare in Rockhampton is seeking Registered Nurses to support our clients in the community, delivering high-quality, evidence‐based care across all age groups, including complex wound care, palliative care and chronic disease management.
You'll perform initial assessments, develop and coordinate care plans with families and the multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, administer medications, document accurately and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
