You'll manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, conducting field visits, building rapport and negotiating practical repayment solutions.
This is a hands-on, field-based position suited to someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys a challenge and is comfortable having direct conversations with customers.
What you'll be doing Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts across Sydney.
Conduct residential door-to-door visits and engage customers face-to-face.
Negotiate repayment arrangements and resolve outstanding accounts.
Build rapport, understand customer circumstances and identify suitable solutions.
Follow up customers via phone and maintain accurate account records.
Work independently to achieve portfolio and performance targets.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Previous debt collection experience is advantageous but not essential.
