What we are looking for




Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic decision-making, drive commercial outcomes and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
Strong hands-on expertise in TM1 and advanced Excel, with a proven ability to lead the end-to-end annual budgeting process, including model design and development, stakeholder coordination, consolidation, financial analysis, and the delivery of accurate and insightful budget outcomes
Extensive commercial acumen with proven experience developing business cases, evaluating investment opportunities and improving financial performance
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable insights
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related commercial discipline coupled with exposure to a gaming, casino or large hospitality environment (highly regarded)
