This is a fast-paced, people-driven role where you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing process, connecting prospective tenants with quality properties, and delivering a seamless inspection and application experience.
About the role
You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and play a key role in ensuring high occupancy across a diverse portfolio.
Your day-to-day will include conducting inspections, processing applications, liaising with property managers, and supporting marketing initiatives to attract quality renters.

Conducting open homes and private inspections
Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Processing rental applications and reference checks
Coordinating leasing paperwork and compliance requirements
Maintaining accurate records in property systems
Building strong relationships with prospective tenants and internal teams
