As a case manager, teachers work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes regional departmental staff and external agencies, providing a holistic and coordinated approach to supporting each student's educational and wellbeing needs.
Teaching staff need to be able to differentiate teaching and learning to meet the diverse needs of students across a wide range of abilities and multi-age classrooms.
Demonstrated understanding and application of trauma informed practices is highly desirable.
