Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, ordering, and rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Financial Management: Monitor food costs, control expenses, and achieve budget targets.
Compliance: Perform opening and closing duties, ensure safety standards, and act as the first aid officer when needed.
Collaboration: Be an integral part of the Virgin Active club leadership team.
Qualifications We re looking for someone who : Has at least 1 year of experience in cafe or restaurant management.

Is a people person warm, genuine, and dedicated to mentoring others.
Has strong communication skills and can confidently interact at all levels.
