You will diagnose and resolve complex lift and escalator faults, perform first visits on new equipment, and provide in office and remote support for critical breakdowns while coaching technicians.
Travel across Newcastle, Central Coast and Northern NSW is required to support technicians and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
