Thiess is seeking experienced and motivated Multi-Skilled Operators (Excavator) to join our high-performing team at Curragh North .
As a key member of the Curragh North team, you'll support safe and productive production by operating excavators and other ancillary equipment while contributing to high-performing mining operations.
Roster: 7:7 DN | Location: Curragh North, QLD | Employment Type: Full time As the Multiskilled/Excavator Operator, you will: Operate excavators and ancillary equipment safely and efficiently to achieve production targets.




Maintain a strong commitment to Thiess' safety culture, procedures, and operational standards.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to deliver safe, reliable, and productive mining operations.
About you Minimum 12 months' experience operating excavators and/or ancillary equipment such as dozers, graders or loaders in an open cut coal mining environment.
Verified machinery skills list (training transcripts/LMS documents) signed by an SSE or delegate.
Current Standard 11.
Current Driver's Licence.
A proactive attitude with the desire to work reliably as part of a team.
