You will deliver client-centred care across the community, improving mobility and independence for older adults in their homes.
You will join a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, design tailored plans, and support clients to live safely at home.
AHPRA registration and at least two years' musculoskeletal rehab experience are required.
