ABOUT THE ROLE Based at our Gungahlin/ Braddon site , t he Site Manager is a business focused leadership role which manages a team of Employment Consultants in providing a professional and sustainable service to both participants and employers.
The successful candidat e will be responsible for: Providing effective leadership aligned to EPlus values, mission and operational plans Ensur ing that all aspects of our Service Delivery Model are delivered to a high standard and compliance requirements are met on an individual and site level Dri ving team performance and productivity, ensuring y our site consistently delivers commercial returns whilst producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants Establish and maintain a network of key internal and external stakeholders ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience in Employment Services and case management (highly regarded)
