Your New Role and Responsibilities We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Geebung logistics operation.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering warehouse operations, inventory, freight and returns.
Key responsibilities include: Receive, check and put away incoming goods Pick, pack and dispatch spare parts and equipment Book freight and coordinate couriers Maintain accurate inventory and stock locations Process returns and RMAs Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation Support the company's consumables recycle program Assist with stock takes and general warehouse duties Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse What You'll Bring to Make An Impact: Reliable,



organised and safety-conscious Has strong attention to detail Comfortable with both physical warehouse work and computer-based administration A positive communicator and team player Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Previous warehouse, stores or logistics experience is preferred Experience using mechanical lifting and materials-handling equipment would be advantageous, but it is not essential Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – if you meet most of them, we encourage you to submit your application.
