Role Summary DevelopmentWA is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join our Built Form team.
The Built Form team delivers low, medium and high-density residential housing and apartment projects, helping create well-designed and sustainable communities and increasing the supply of affordable, social and market housing across Western Australia.
In this role, you will work closely with Development Managers and Senior Development Managers to support the delivery of residential built form projects.
You will gain exposure across the development lifecycle while contributing to project planning, financial management, consultant coordination, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their property development and project management experience while contributing to projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for the Western Australian community.
