Job Description: Full time Brewery Assistant
We are looking for a full-time Brewery Assistant to join our small, hands-on brew team at our established brewery in Kangaroo Point.
We are open to both experienced and inexperienced applicants.
, the right person will be keen to learn, have a good work ethic and an upbeat attitude.
If you're new to the industry or looking to gain more experience, we are looking to offer training and share the way we make beer.
Our industrial warehouse in Kangaroo Point, houses our full Brewery production facility along with our Taproom and Kitchen which operates 7 days a week.
We currently operate a 3 vessel, 15hL brewhouse with a cellar housing varying small and large format tanks with significant upgrade to both our brewhouse and cellar on the horizon.
We are on the hunt for a key contributing team member in the daily execution of our Brewery operation as we execute production of our core range and limited release beer offerings.
Our process and approach evolves daily in a collaborative approach, with a critical focus on uncompromised quality that falls in line with our values.
We are looking for people who are passionate about beer, take pride in their work, understand the importance of efficiency and can thrive in a fast-paced operation.
The ideal candidate has the following relevant experience and will carry those corresponding duties:
Packaging duties:
Can line assistance, stack and wrap pallets, kegging
Warehousing and logistics:
Operating pallet jacks,



walking stacker and forklift, loading stock into van, delivering stock to cold store
CIP and cellar cleaning:
Keg washing, Fermenter CIP, Brewhouse CIP, Parts washing
Brewing assistance:
Milling grain, measuring hops and salts, Raw goods stocktaking, assisting wort production, Mashing out
General housekeeping:
Maintain a tidy workspace, understand the importance of maintenance and timely communication
Understand compliance safety requirements and general workplace health & safety
An interest in the brewing process, craft beer and our tight knit independent industry
