As a Warehouse Storeperson (Operations Support Agent) , you'll play a pivotal role ensuring customer inventory is received, stored, managed and dispatched accurately, helping businesses deliver on their promises every day.

What You'll Do You'll help drive warehouse performance by: Loading and unloading trucks and containers Receiving, putaway and replenishment of inventory Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders Completing warehouse system transactions and inventory updates Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Preparing freight for transport, including labelling and wrapping Investigating stock discrepancies and damaged inventory Supporting customer enquiries and operational requests Generating operational reports and maintaining accurate records Working collaboratively to achieve service, safety and productivity targets What Success Looks Like In this role you'll be recognised for:



Maintaining high inventory and order accuracy Consistently meeting customer and dispatch deadlines Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies promptly Supporting a safe and efficient warehouse operation Delivering outstanding service to both internal and external customers Contributing ideas that improve processes and operational performance What You'll Bring To be successful you'll ideally have: Current Australian Forklift Licence (essential) Warehouse, logistics or supply chain experience Experience with RF scanning and warehouse management systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good computer and data entry skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills A strong commitment to workplace safety A positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in inventory control, receiving, putaway, picking, packing or freight operations will be highly regarded.
