Who we're looking for?
A minimum of 3 years' previous experience in the Propertyindustry (Retail management essential).
Certificate of Registration / Agent's Rep (essential).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
Customer centric approach.
Proven time management and organisational skill.
Knowledge of Centre operations.
The role
Our Centre Management team is recognised as a leader indelivering top-tier management to a national retail landlord with centresacross Australia.
In this exciting role, you will oversee a shopping centre inMurray Bridge and a portfolio of smaller neighbourhood centres.
The roleinvolves establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships withretailers and ensuring the trading setting is well presented, safe and aninviting destination for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to the client in administering therequirements of leases and licenses.
Managing and keeping tenancy schedules accurate.
Assist in the preparation of annual income and expenditurebudgets.
Manage and maintain bank guarantees.




Regular centre inspection to ensure the highest level ofpresentation.
Monitor and follow up any maintenance related queries andworks.
Establish strong relationships with occupiers includingmanaging any complaints.
Provide CAPEX recommendations to the FM team.
Provide marketing and promotional activity support.
Arrears management.
Monthly financial reporting.
Expense forecasting.
