This hands-on role focuses on worker welfare, mobilisation, accommodation, transport and compliance, reporting to the National Operations Manager.
You will guide Welfare and Wellbeing Officers, coordinate worker movements, and liaise with HR on investigations and employee relations while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping.
