Job Description The responsibilities of the role may shift and change dependent on preference or the strengths of the successful individual.
The role may encompass elements of the below but will pivot depending on capability: Provide technical application and product support to Business Development Managers by assisting with equipment selection, system design, troubleshooting and solution development across pumps and process equipment, ensuring customers receive technically sound and commercially viable recommendations.
Prepare and manage quotations,



proposals and tenders by interpreting customer specifications, sourcing products, coordinating with suppliers and delivering accurate technical and commercial submissions that support successful project outcomes and sales growth.
Coordinate customer, supplier and internal stakeholder interactions to ensure seamless order execution, project delivery and aftermarket support, while proactively identifying opportunities for upgrades, cross-selling and long-term customer relationship development.
The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: Previous experience with pumps or rotating equipment is essential.
Previous supporting sales functions across competitive and remote geographical areas within WA or demonstrated competence cultivating existing accounts to increase commercial return.
Existing professional network within either mining, wastewater or general industrial workplace.
