About the Role
In this role you will provide research and administrative support for the delivery of an ARC Discovery Project within Molecular Horizons.
You will contribute to laboratory-based research, coordinate laboratory activities and support the ongoing maintenance and effective use of specialist research equipment.
About the School of Science
The School of Science (SSCI) teaches and conducts research in Biomedical Sciences including Biochemistry, Molecular Biophysics, Microbiology and Cell and Molecular Biology, all disciplines of Chemistry including Atmospheric, Medicinal and Environmental Chemistry, as well as Conservation Biology, Earth Surface Processes, Ecology, Ecotoxicology, Environmental Science, Earth systems, Marine Biology and Spatial Sciences.
SSCI has a global research presence facilitated by its strengths in the both the Molecular Horizons Research Institute and Environmental Futures Centre.
SSCI staff have global research connections providing multi-faceted opportunities for knowledge growth and development.

Role Details
Employment type: Fixed -term | Part-time (0.8 FTE, 28 hours per week) | 2 years, working Tuesday to Thursday each week.
Level 5: $85,682 - $96,898 (pro-rata) + 17% Superannuation
Location: Wollongong Campus
Valid Australian work rights required.
