MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Youth Residential Care Worker for a casual night position in the west metro region, within our OOHC program.
You will support young people in a protected, therapeutic home, assist with daily routines, and respond to complex needs with empathy and professionalism.
The role reports to the Residential House Supervisor and offers training, supervision and opportunities to develop your career while making a real impact.
